Dear Europeans, Russians and CIS citizens!
Our Paris-Moscow walking March is not an imitation of Napoleon Bonaparte’s military campaign against Moscow. This international socio-political campaign is devoted to release of political prisoners and respect for human rights in countries they are systematically violated. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners; put an end to the persecution and harassment of lawyers, human rights defenders, opposition members, religious figures, and stop using torture and ill-treatment, comply with international human rights obligations.
This campaign is also an informational platform for:
- fight against military aggression of any country;
- territorial integrity of Ukraine, Georgia, Syria, Belarus, Moldova and other states;
- self-determination rights for people of Catalonia, Tibet, the North Caucasus, Idel-Ural, Siberia, Crimea, Uygurstan;
- Magnitsky Law promotion and adoption by all Parliaments of democratic countries;
- USSR guilt recognition on a par with Nazi Germany at the beginning of the Second World War;
- demand for the elimination of concentration camps for Muslims in China;
- protecting the languages of colonized people of Russia and other countries;
- solution of environmental and climate issues;
- electivity of deputies to the UN Parliament;
- an adequate response to key issues.
The march is also a campaign for the rule of law, rigorous implementation of the international law principles, international treaties and obligations, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the UN Committee on Human Rights.
